Reissue RFP: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide daily (M-F) janitorial services and housekeeping duties for Minnesota Department of Transportation MNDOT locations at 1000 Highway 10 West, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501; 610 Highway 9 South, Morris, MN 56267; and 5821 I-94 Eastbound, Moorhead, MN 56560. The total approximate square footage of the locations is 88,000. The Contractor will supply labor only for this Contract. The agency will supply all necessary equipment, supplies and chemicals. The Contractor will only use equipment, supplies and chemicals supplied by the agency. The Contractor is required to check equipment and will be responsible for proper care and timely reporting of any needs for repair. A pre-proposal will take place at the date and location listed. Responders must have attended one of the pre-proposal meetings (March 1, 2022, November 16, 2022, or February 1, 2023) prior to submitting their response. Responses received from responders that did not attend one of the pre-proposal meetings will be rejected. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response must be made in writing to Erin Snaza at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.  All questions should be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on February 3, 2023. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
