Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of the installing a pressure reducing control valve, sound attenuated emergency generator, electrical and controls, miscellaneous piping, and site work. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with Power of Attorney attached or cashier's check of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (sum of all bid items) made payable to the Travis County MUD No. 4. A Bid which, in the opinion of OWNER's staff, deviates from the Contract Documents, and which has not been clarified through a written Addendum prior to Bid submittal deadline, shall be considered an exception to the Contract Documents and grounds for the Bid to be rejected. Bidders should read and understand all terms and conditions contained in the Contract Documents. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within 130 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Q/A window ends November 30th at 12PM. Additional documents, such as record drawings, available upon request.
