Site work for a water / sewer project in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work will consist of installing cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) liner into existing sewer pipe, installing uv cured pipe patches, or remove and replace sanitary sewer pipe in-kind. Sewer flow will need to be diverted around the work area through bypass operations at some locations. The recommended method for rehabilitation of manholes consists of repairing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) t-lock liner, applying epoxy coating to the manhole interior including the bench, wall, cone and chimney; installation of corrosion resistant structural manhole inserts, and remove and replace frame and cover, chimney and cone, together with associated work. All Plan holders will be provided a link to this electronic meeting room the morning of the bid opening. Bids received after the time specified will not be read.
