Question Deadline 12/01/2022 at 12:00 PM CT Any questions on this RFP should be submitted via the ESC18 eBid site Region 18 Education Service Center (Region 18 ESC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide services to complete the upgrade and renovations of existing restroom facilities in the Region 18 ESC, Thompson-Kerr Technology Center building, located on 2811 LaForce Boulevard, Midland, TX. Region 18 ESC invites proposals to design and build an upgraded and renovated restroom facility in the existing restroom, similar to the design of the Conference Center restroom facilities, the project includes but is not limited to the following work items: *Remove and repair damages to the facilities; *Repair to code with emphasis on ADA compliance; *Update plumbing as needed; *Remove existing sinks, dispensers, mirrors, stalls, toilets and urinals; *Install new toilets/urinals, sinks, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers to create a fully functional facility *Replace with stainless steel type dispensers if applicable *Restroom Upgrades & Renovations - Technology Building 5 R18-2022-10-000031 *Install dual roll toilet paper dispensers with lock and cover beside each toilet *Provide sample of tiles *Install mutually agreed upon tiles on walls and floors Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to January 2023. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
