Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Enfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes complete renovation of approximately 3,100 SF on the second floor of a 2-story building. This project is Phase 2 of a 3-phase building renovation. The Owner will occupy the first floor, which is also open to the public, throughout construction. Specific portions of work have been specifically listed as off-shift work as a result of noise and/or logistics. Interior work incudes demolition, concrete infill, steel/misc. metals, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, insulation, framing and sheetrock, millwork and trim, finishes, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, F/A, Wheelchair Lift, and coordination with Owner Security and IT vendors. Exterior Work includes demolition, masonry patching, new windows (SOME BASE, SOME ALTERNATE), railing, and soffit venting. This is a prevailing wage (non-residential rates), tax exempt project. MEP's are to include permit fees for their scope.
