A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the contract award notification. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated into the bid documents. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
