Site work for a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Work will address the existing covered trench on the west end of TARC'S diesel bus repair bays at 1000 West Broadway and will include the removal and replacement of surface epoxy, angle iron support, and metal edging. Bid security shall be provided and accompanied in the submitted bid by in the form of a cashier's check or an acceptable Bid Bond, a form of which is provided herein, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Intent to Bid Due Date: Nov 17th 2022, 3:00 PM EST PRE-BID MEETING (NON-MANDATORY) TARC Purchasing Department will host a Pre- Proposal meeting as indicated on Section 1.4 Solicitation Schedule. Meeting location is 1000 W. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40203. While attendance is not mandatory, all firms are encouraged to attend and participate. The purpose of the Pre- Proposal meeting is to address the solicitation requirements and the procurement process, especially those of the contractor community.
