The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid to furnish labor and materials for the cleaning of kitchen fans, hoods, and connecting ductwork, as well as to provide filter, and soak tank exchange service for UWM. This contract must be made available to all UWM departments. ** If a bidder cannot make the mandatory site visit, they must reach out to uwmbids@uwm.edu by 11/11/2022 at 12:00pm and the purchasing office will do our best to accommodate additional site visit times but cannot guarantee alternative times. Deadline for Questions: 11/22/2022 @ 2:00 PM CST The contract will be for a two -year period, from the date of the award and will be automatically be renewed for three (3) additional one-year periods, unless Purchasing is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or UWM notifies the Contractor, in writing, at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). When all renewal options have been exhausted, the contract may continue on a month-to-month basis, until which time a new contract is awarded.
