Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists of the following: Site protection and erosion control measures. Demolition of existing above ground storage tanks. Demolition of existing fuel distribution system and dispensers. Demolition of selective site features such as concrete pad, concrete paving, asphalt paving. Selective demolition of electrical power and communication wiring serving the fuel area. Construction of new structural canopy. Construction of new concrete pad, concrete paving and curbing, and asphalt paving. Installation of new above ground storage tanks. Installation of new fuel distribution system and dispensers. Installation of new electrical power and communications wiring. Installation of new lighting.
