Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Replace 43 existing waterair heat pump units with equal or similar capacity, as scheduled. 2. Install new duct transitions as required to accommodate new heat, pumps. 3. Provide new control valve and flow control assemblies at each new heat pump. 4. Provide new mechanical controls for new heat pumps. 5. Replace existing RA and OA mixing dampers at each new heat pump with new dampers. 6. Replace existing back draft dampers at existing exhaust fans with motorized, 7. Replace duct board ductwork above the gymnasium and commons areas with sheet metal ductwork. Bid Bond: Each contractors bid of $150,000.00 or more must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes.
