Site work for a golf course in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The work under this contract shall consist of all work associated with removing existing irrigation equipment and providing complete installation in two Phases (see plans for Scope of Work Description) of Toro Lynx Smart satellite control system with base station, sprinklers, HDPE mains, laterals and fused fittings, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract for the proper operation of a fully automatic sprinkler system. This system, when finished, will efficiently and effectively operate. Bidders and sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid documents shall submit a written request to Steve Brunner at sbrunner@waukeshacounty.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022. The cost estimate for the project is: Phase 1: $1,300,000 Phase 2: $500,000
