Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: Class A Project Duration: 50 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $3,200.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% 2. Location of Project. The Project is to be performed at the following locations: a. Almar Avenue - Rail Trail b. Chestnut Street - Church Street c. High Street - Spring Street d. Laurel Street - Washington Street e. River Street - Pedestrian Bridge f. Water Street - May Avenue 3. Description of Work. The Project to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the Project, with a scope of work to generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Installing concrete curbs, gutters, curb ramps, roadway signs, pedestrian activated beacons and striping and pavement markings. All other work not mentioned above that is required by the plans, City Standard Specifications, State Standard Specifications and the Special Provisionsshall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
