Renovation of an educational facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 16,502-square-foot educational facility.
Replacement of glazing in storefronts and windows, as required, along with potential areas of storefront material. The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bids is to establish a contract for the provision of services based on the attached specifications and guidelines. The project involves Partial Roof Replacement, approximately 16,502 SF. The project includes replacement of exterior glass and storefront at various locations throughout. Alternates include interior roller shades at select locations and replacement of entire storefront in lieu of individual panels at select locations. The project is ESSER III Funded. Contractor has access to the site beginning 6/5/2023 and shall continue through 8/11/2023. Location- Carolina Forest High School 700 Gardner Lacy Road Myrtle Beach SC 29579 All questions must be submitted in writing to the District Bid Contact Person by 12:00pm (noon) on 2/8/2023 Substantial Completion: August 8, 2023 Final Completion of all work and punch list: August 18, 2023 First day of Students: August 21, 2023
