Question Deadline Nov 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM Scope of Work: Motor o Strip stator, collect data, and confirm data with EASA o Perform stator core test after stripping o Rewind stator with new form coils o VPI stator, clean, and bake o Supply and install new winding RTD's o Supply and install new winding strip heater o Machine and reinsulate Upper Bearing Carrier journal o Machine Lower Bearing journal on rotor shaft o Machine lower standpipe fit o Balance rotor and bearing carrier o Wash and clean all parts o Supply and install new standpipes o Supply and install new bearings o Supply and install new oil site glasses o Supply and install replacement OEM overload relay o Assemble motor complete and test run o Record and document test run data o Trim balance NRR device o Paint and prepare to ship o Transport motor back to customer facility o Supply crane to unload motor and reinstallation o Reinstall motor back into service, reconnect electrically o Bump test motor to confirm correct rotation o Perform vibration tests onsite Pump o Sandblast and clean all parts o Supply new Bowl Assembly shaft o Supply new Line shaft o Supply new Head shaft o Supply new couplings with Keeper keys o Machine new bearings and bushings o Supply replacement packing o Assemble pump complete o Prep pump for paint o Apply epoxy paint and prepare to ship o Transport pump to customer facility o Supply crane for unloading and reinstallation o Reinstall pump back into service and connect to piping o Reinstall motor and couple to pump o Perform vibration tests onsite Background: The #5 700HP high service pump at the water plant had a motor failure in August 2022. The motor needs to be rebuilt, and while the pump is out of the hole, the pump to be assessed and rebuilt as needed
