Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of the Casorso 3 ATC from KLO to Lanfranco. Work includes protected bike lanes, concrete curb/sidewalk, street trees, street lighting and new signage/pavement markings. Construct the Casorso ATC 3 phase 2 - from Lanfranco to Barrera Rd. This new corridor (Casorso 3 ATC) will close the final gap in the existing north-south network by extending the Ethel/Casorso ATC, linking Downtown and Capri-Landmark to Pandosy and Lower Mission. It will give people biking and walking better access to major destinations like Okanagan College, Casorso Elementary School, and Pandosy Urban Centre. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: 3500m concrete curb 2400m2 concrete sidewalk 650m2 concrete median infill 6400m2 cold milling and re-profiling 2,700m2 road widening 10,000m2 asphalt resurfacing 270m PVC STM pipe 20 Catchbasins Traffic signal work Streetlighting Landscaping and irrigation These Works have an estimated budget of $3,500,000.00 including the Contingency of $350,000.00.
