The scope of work includes reroofing with fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, roofing related sheet metal, and all work shown on the drawings. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all work. NWTC intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications on a fixed fee and stipulated sum price the contractor is required to bid where indicated on the NWTC bid form. Late proposals will be rejected unopened, regardless of the degree of lateness or the reasons for lateness, including reasons beyond the control of the supplier.
