Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Sealed Request for Proposals from qualified firms to provide James City County (JCC) Parks and Recreation with Luxury Camping/Glamping services in a designated campsite area of Chickahominy Riverfront Park. Sites should include furnished tents, yurts or small cabins. Tents or Yurts will have a floor, walls, and roof to provide comfortable accommodations. Any qualified vendor interested in providing these services, should prepare information in compliance with the specifications described in this RFP. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Caprice White, Senior Procurement Specialist, no later than 2:00 p.m. on November 30, 2022, in writing by email: Caprice.White@jamescitycountyva.gov. Addendum will be issued by James City County Purchasing.
