Project No. 95215011, 3190304 , 2021.2590 By order of the Commissioners' Court of Wise County, Texas, Wise County requests to receive sealed Request for Qualifications for a Construction Manager-as-Constructor (CMAC) for the Wise County Courthouse Restoration project, until the established deadline. The deadline for CMAC's questions as follows: 10:00 A.M. CST on Monday, December 5, 2022. Please submit all questions, in writing, to Diana Allen, Email address: asset@co.wise.tx.us. County to publish answers to CMAC inquiries on Wise County website on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. County will evaluate packages via County appointed scoring meeting, there following the County will then conduct a Special Commissioners Court Meeting to announce CMAC Bid award. Commissioners Courtroom is located at the Law Enforcement Center: JP Courtroom where located at: 200 Rook Ramsey Drive Decatur, Texas 76234. Meeting schedule as follow: 9:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Please be advised that Wise County reserves the right to either make a CMAC selection from submitted responses or request interviews of firms selected for further consideration. Additionally Wise County may recognize or waive inconsistencies or other defects it deems immaterial in its best interest in accepting a submittal for consideration.
