It is the intent of the East Irondequoit Central School District, hereinafter referred to as EICSD, to enter into an agreement for Fencing Repair Services based on hourly charges Fencing Contractor must show evidence of at least five (5) years experience in the installing and repairing of fences, and bidder must have been in the fence business prior to submitting bid proposal for at least three (3) years. Fencing contractor shall show evidence of a telephone number that can be reached twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week and this phone number must be answered by competent personnel and not by machine. This bid shall be for fence installation and repair, based on hourly charges for making routine and emergency service calls involving fence problems of the buildings and facilities of EICSD. The bid price shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transpottation, proper disposal, insurance and supervision necessary to fully complete specified work. Bidder shall enter on Bid Form the amount he proposes to charge per hour for the services to meet all specifications. In preparation bid contractor shall base hourly charges on the following: 1. EICSD shall pay contractor for the time spent at the work site ONLY. 2. Firm bid for the period of December 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. 3. The hourly rate shall include all fence permit fees; time spent on obtaining permits and time spent on meeting with municipal inspectors.
