Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The principal items of work are approximately as follows: New automated irrigation system for the pleasant grove cemetery including Backflows, 6" looped mainline, over 70 new stations of pop up rotor heads, various Quick couplers, and landscape resotoration. The installation of a new irrigation system including landscape repair at the cemetery in Pleasant Grove is to be substantially completed May 8, 2023 with Final Completion no later than May 22, 2023. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be obtained through the website purchasing.utah.gov. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Pleasant grove city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal. Pleasant grove city reserves the right to waive any informality in part or in whole if it is deemed to be in the best interest of pleasant grove city.
