The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to acquire qualifications from a consultant with expertise in engineering services for preparation of a construction document bid package, including drawings and specifications, for irrigation design that will replace and modernize four irrigation systems. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions via www.publicpurchase.com, thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
