Window Replacement Single-prime lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on the standard form to be included in the Project Manual. This bid will include both projects. Mountain View Elementary School is located at 2789 NC Highway 221 North, in Jefferson, NC, 28640, and Blue Ridge Elementary School is located at 5778 NC Highway 88 West, in Warrensville NC, 28693. This will be a lump sum single prime formal bidding process, pursuant to NCGS 143-129, as the anticipated cost of this work is greater than $500,000. The laws of North Carolina and applicable regulations of various Licensing Boards, and historically under-utilized business provisions will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts After a review at this site, the meeting will momentarily disperse and reconvene immediately afterwards at the Blue Ridge Elementary School site, in the parking lot near the main building entrance there.
