This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Santa Clara, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from recognized and authorized Cisco Global Gold Certification Partners to provide Cisco hardware and software as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). This is an Invitation to Bid, which is an offer and acceptance. Bidders who take exception to any of the County Standard Terms and Conditions (as attached) will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered. This is an all-or-none bid. Bidders must provide pricing for each lot as specified in this ITB. This solicitation will result in a Purchase Order awarded to a Single Vendor.
