Prospective bidders are hereby advised that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change per the Section 40 of the General Provisions CONTRACT TIME. The anticipated date that project work may commence on or about March 1, 2023. The owner has established a contract time of 60 Consecutive Calendar Days.
