The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is accepting sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide construction management services for the Humboldt Bay Trails South Project. The County will select a consultant team, based on their experience, availability of personnel and other considerations as noted in the RFQ to award a consultant agreement. The County of Humboldt reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
