Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must make a written request online through Bonfire electronic platform or email the project facilitator as shown in Section 8.0 Questions Due Date (for Clarifications), which must be received by the Purchasing Department at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled time for the offer opening. Any information given to a prospective respondent concerning this solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other known prospective respondents as a written amendment/addendum to the solicitation. Brazoria County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/offers as it deems in its best interest and to waive any formalities. Ability of firm to dedicate the necessary resources to the work described in a Scope of Work that will be developed by the County per specific project. Include projects listed in references and more recent projects to demonstrate the firm's ability to deliver projects within a specified schedule.Capabilities of the proposed project team and approach for handling multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and scheduling methods utilized to manage personnel and resources.Contingency plan and ability of the firm to sustain a loss of a key member without compromising quality, schedule or budget considerations.Workload capacity (manpower and dollar volume), current workload and anticipated future workload for which the prime consultant is engaged or expects to begin in the near future.
