This pre-qualification is for vendors interested in completing the cold recycle, hot-mix asphalt and culverts for the 2023 construction year. Tender documents will be available in Q1 2023. Tender documents are expected to be available to successful pre-qualified contractors between January-February, 2023 with a tentative tender closing date of February-March, 2023.
