SUNY DOWNSTATE HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY ("DHSU") is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide design development and prepare construction documents to address field inspections, confirm damper locations, damper functionality, identify any required repairs and prepare construction documents for damper repairs resulting from this inspection. Those wishing to participate in this procurement may download the RFQ documents attached to this advertisement and submit via email a scanned copy of the Summary Information Form (Intent to Bid/No Bid) as soon as possible.
