Site work and new construction of a residential development in Concordia, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Project No. WL-2022-01 South Development (New Waterline Construction along east side of South Development, west of Highway 81) and 19th Street (Waterline Replacement on 19th Street crossing under Highway 81) located in the City of Concordia, Ks. The work consists of constructing new 8" PVC waterline along the east side of the South Development - west of south highway 81 and the replacement of 6" CI waterline with Fusible 6" PVC waterline under and crossing highway 81 at 19 th Street. The length of total work is approximately 1,722 linear feet. The work along the South Development shall have priority and shall be completed as expediently as possible. New development is pending. The work at 19 th Street shall not proceed until the South Development phase is completed and in service. This work is tax exempted.
