The estimated quantities are only used to calculate the lowest compliant bid and in no way constitute a form of commitment on the part of the CSSDM. The occurrence of the first of the following events will terminate the contract: the due date indicated on the order form; reaching the maximum amount indicated on the order form. The contract will be awarded by lot to the lowest compliant bidder. Renewal Options: The contract will be valid for a period of one year from the first day of the month following the award. It comes with two renewal options of one year each with the agreement of the CSSDM and the contractor. However, any renewal will be confirmed for one year at a time in compliance with the conditions of the initial call for tenders.
