Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/11/22 02:00:00 PM NST Questions are submitted online No Town of Daniels Harbour & Town of Trout River - Waste Disposal Site Closures - 17-WSTM-23-00012 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The work for this Project consists of providing all labour, materials and equipment necessary for closure of the existing waste disposal sites located at Daniels Harbour and Trout River. The work includes the following main components: The contractor is responsible to ensure the site is accessible for all required equipment; Site cleanup, including collection of windblown debris; Consolidation, grading and compaction of existing waste; Install cover system to minimize the infiltration of liquids and soil erosion. Final cover to consist of on-site soils recently delivered to the site. Cover shall be a minimum thickness of 0.6 m, over sections of consolidated exposed waste; Perimeter ditching as required; Consolidation of metals for pickup by recycler as required; Consolidate and removal of tires as required; Remove site access and other infrastructure as required; Supply and installation of signage indicating location of former waste disposal site.
