The City of Asheville's Community and Economic Development Department requests proposals from qualified firms to research, evaluate, facilitate, and prepare a HOME-ARP Allocation Plan for the City of Asheville which will provide a framework for distribution of HOME-ARP funds as outlined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City of Asheville, as the Participating Jurisdiction for the four-county Asheville Regional Housing Consortium, is responsible for a one-time $4.7 million allocation of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
