This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (Manitoba), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (CPPD) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation (Owner) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parking Lot, Sidewalk and Site Upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the Work). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for a Parking Lot, Sidewalk and Site Upgrades in 154 Chartier Ave., West. St Lazare, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of parking lot, sidewalks, patios, parking plugs, post, culvert, sewer and waterlines; install 4 new parking spaces, 6 new parking post and plugs; and removal of 1 tree. Work site location will be occupied during construction and requires emergency vehicle access at all times. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
