Refer to Drawings and Specifications for scope of work. 1. The project is a new fire station of approximately 10,250 sf on 1 floor. 2. All new utilities will be provided to the building. A natural gas generator will be set on site. alternate no. 1 - add radiant heating within the concrete slab at the apparatus room and alcoves alternate no. 2 - add resinous flooring systems at apparatus room and adjacent spaces All sub-bid RFI questions must be received by 12:00 PM on 23 November 2022.
