Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The City of Drummondville is soliciting the market for the supply of three chemical products for water treatment as part of a grouping of municipalities for the year 2023. The City incurs no liability for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Any tender to be valid must be accompanied by a deposit or a surety the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total of the tender including taxes. Only those who have their principal place of business in Canada and in the territories covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) as well as the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario are eligible to bid. (ACCQO) and who have obtained through the SEAO in their name the tender documents issued by the contracting authority. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of enterprises eligible for public contracts (REA).
