Mechanical/Electrical and Plumbing as needed for a walk-in refrigerator, freezer, fry pot and storage building. Procure and install commercial walk-in refrigerator and freezer approximately 21' x 7.5'. Procure and install commercial generator 80kw single phase 60 hertz. Construction administration and project close-out. All construction elements required for a "turnkey" project. Anticipated project budget is $308,000.00 The project is slated to begin early spring and complete in summer of 2023.
