Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 7 2022 there is an awarded bidder. Owner Number: Sanitary Sewer (8559), Watermain (8560), Storm Sewer (8561), Paving & Street Lighting (8562), Box Culvert (8563) All work of projects 8559 (sanitary sewer), 8560 (watermain), and 8561 (storm sewer), including all testing procedures, shall be completed by August 1st, 2023. The work of project 8562 (paving & street lighting) shall be completed in 2 phases. Each phase shall include all necessary work to construct a fully operational roadway with the exception of street lighting. All work of the project, including placement of seed, hydro-mulch, and street lighting shall be completed by October 15th, 2023. All work of project 8563 (box culvert), including placement of sod, seed, and hydro-mulch shall be completed by October 15th, 2023. Grass shall be fully established and accepted by the end of its four-week maintenance period which is June 15, 2024. Failure to produce an acceptable stand of grass by this date shall result in liquidated damages beginning from this date. A negotiated time extension may be allowed for quantities of work that are over and above the total contract amount for each project.
