All Sealy ISD facilities are in 'very good' condition evidenced by lack of any known roof leaks, down mechanical or electrical major or minor systems, and all facilities capacity to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment for dayto-day operations. Sealy ISD's maintenance department deploys preventative maintenance on all systems, and provides stakeholders with a 'Help' ticket system which is used daily to report facilities and equipment in need of repair. Sealy ISD does maintain a deferred maintenance list containing approximately $10M in identified repairs and/or improvements to meet program needs. Items on the list do not present a life safety or property loss hazard. Items are placed on the list when there is a shortage of funding, skilled labor, or time to access and repair. The list is a living document revised regularly updating priorities as conditions change or resources become available. Sealy ISD reserves the Right to accept or reject all or any part of any response, waive minor technicalities and award to the respondent that proposes the Best-Value to Sealy ISD. Furthermore, Sealy ISD reserves the right to award by item or by total response. Prefer all responses include itemized pricing. All responses meeting the intent of this RFP will be considered for award. Respondents taking exception to the specifications, or offering substitutions, shall indicate the exceptions on the proposal form and attach a separate sheet titled 'EXCEPTIONS" to the front of the response. The absence of such a list shall indicate that the respondent has not taken exception and Sealy ISD shall hold the respondent responsible to perform in strict accordance with the specifications of the solicitation. Sealy ISD reserves the right to accept any and all or none of the exception(s)/substitution(s) deemed to provide the Best-Value to Sealy ISD. e.
