Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Du Quoin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the remodel of a swimming pool; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 21, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Du Quoin is requesting proposals from design team to provide building service for the Du Quoin Municipal Pool bath house remodel and parking lot upgrade, as part of the IDNR, Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development (OSLAD) grant program. The services needed include planning, design, and construction. All improvements must be designed and constructed to accommodate full accessibility as per the Illinois Accessibility Code standards and the American with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). Interested designers should submit the following materials: 1. Name, size and description of firm(s) 2. Location of main office and office where work will be accomplished 3. Qualifications and previous experience in municipal construction, design, engineering, 4. Resumes of key personnel who would be assigned to the proposed projects 5. Names, addresses and phone numbers of references. 6. Proj ect understandmg and approach. 7. Provide any additional comments which you may believe to be relevant.
