Prices to include delivery to the Parish Maintenance Barn, 15846 Highway 124N, Jonesville, La. No bids will be accepted which include variable or market-based prices or surcharges. Bid period is to run January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Envelope containing bid must be sealed and marked as PLASTIC CULVERT BID on outside of envelope. Bid price to include any applicable taxes or fees. The Catahoula Parish Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any/and or all bids, to waive informalities and to make award as it may elect. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim to be entitled. If any preferences are listed, the name and location of their manufacturer must be stated. Vendors requesting preference per LA RS 39:1604 must meet all requirements as stated in statute.
