C-013 Architectural Woodwork C-014 Steel Stud / Insulation / Gypsum Wallboard C-015 Acoustic Ceilings C-016 Flooring C-017 Painting C-018 Miscellaneous Specialties C-019 Wall Protection C-020 Electrical The Project incudes the fit-out construction of an addition at Whitehorse General Hospital to create a newly programmed Mental Health Unit, consisting of approximately 463.4 m2 of new area and 682.5 m2 of interior fit-out, which includes 12 patient rooms to be constructed and located on the 2nd level of the Hospital above the existing and fully operational Emergency Department. Scope of work includes: Reconfiguration of the access drive and parking lot, including demolition and replacement of some existing concrete/asphalt surfaces Demolition of the current ER main entry at the 1st level, including canopy and exterior assembly Construction of a building addition to extend the 2nd level west, to accommodate the full Mental Health Unit program Completing the interior fit-out work on the existing 2nd level shell space A seismic break will isolate the existing building from the new addition Construction of a new ER entrance façade and main entry vestibule, with surrounding landscape All documents in regards to this Public Tender are available to download from the Construction Manager.
