Demolition and site work for a residential development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Coordinate and pay for removal of utility power (cables, poles, transformers) with Nova Scotia Power Inc. (NSPI) and Bell Aliant or Eastlink as indicated on the drawings. Remove all electrical equipment: In the main electrical room. Feeder cables and/or conduits to all major electrical loads and distribution panels. Overhead lines. All branch circuit wiring, cable and conduit and associated support systems. All light fixtures including exit and emergency light fixtures and associated batteries. All customer owned overhead secondary cables. Customer-owned overhead secondary cables are those installed from the main electrical room to conduits and weather heads and then to utility poles and/or other buildings. The Owner reserves the right to extend the bid closing time or cancel the bid call by addendum.
