The Scope of Work shall include all aspects of the concept of the facility, through construction and eventual operation of the Curling Facility. Documentation of each item of the Scope of Work must be submitted as part of the proposal. These aspects include, but are not limited to: Facility Concept Plans (from design through operations) Facility Construction Plans, including additional parking space and flow of traffic Facility Site Plans, including additional parking space and flow of traffic Facility Operation Plans, including the potential sale of alcohol Facility Revenue Projections Facility Programming Plans (detailed private & public programming) Facility Maintenance Plans (ongoing & long-term) Facility Funding and Fund-Raising Plans Facility Sponsorship Plans Facility Advertising Plans Written questions are due no later than 4:00 p.m. CT, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, and must be sent via email to bidquestions@douglascounty-ne.gov. Submittals are to include: one (1) original, two (2) hard copies, and two (2) electronic copies (USB Flash Drive) of their entire proposal. As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond statement must accompany the bid in the amount of: $1,500.00 Failure to do so will be cause for rejection. Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
