**As of January 9, 2023 this project has been cancelled due to bid cost is too high and over 10% of the engineer’s estimate.** The Owner and contracting authority is the City of Altus, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest qualified bid. The project proposes constructing a concrete trail from N. Park Lane through Northridge Boulevard to Tamarack Road. The trail will be 10' wide with site amenities, signage, and landscaping. There are no DBE and/or M/WBE goals for this project; however, the use of DBE and M/WBE entities is highly encouraged. All contractors are to be registered at SAM.gov to be eligible for the bid.
