County Project : LIN21-0022, 18-0174 County Project No. LIN21-0022 / JL11952C1 County Utility No. 18-0174 Indian Springs Road Extension is a locally funded VDOT Residency Permit project that involves the construction of a triple box culvert (10 ft. span, 6 ft. rise) and the realignment of approximately 600 linear feet of local roadway. A standard VDOT Type T Turnaround will be constructed along with the 18 ft. wide realigned paved roadway with roadside ditches. The work will include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, drainage structures, erosion & sediment control, signage, adjustment of public utilities and other items necessary for the completion of the work. Numerous reconnections to existing driveways are also required. Invitation for Bid Documents: Only complete sets will be issued. Order documents by calling the office of Timmons Group and allow one business day for pickup and two business days for UPS delivery. Upon request, electronic documents will be provided via e-mailed download link File Transfer at no cost to the bidder or provided on a CD or flash drive for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 if picked up or $25.00 if delivered. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at a rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day
