Custom BT Contract No. 1 General Prime Construction-DLC Construction - $304,800 Contract No. 2 Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) -Jesse Braun Electric LLC -$139,500 Contract No. 3 Combined General, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MEP) - DLC Construction -$434,600 Contract No. 1 - General Construction: o Construct a masonry bearing wall, slab on grade bathroom facility on the grounds of the ND State Fair, Minot ND, including all earthwork, site work and all work indicated on the architectural, civil, and structural plans o All work to complete the water and sanitary sewer utility connections to existing utilities and site restoration work o Coordination of the overall project schedule control. o Complete all work for substantial completion on or before July 07, 2023 o Complete all work for Final Payment on or before July 14, 2023 Contract No. 2 - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Construction: o Construct all plumbing systems including, water distribution, waste piping, and exterior connections to main service connection provided by the General Contractor o Construct all electrical systems, including all work required to connect to the existing power source o Assist the general contractor to establish an overall project schedule, and then to adhere to the schedule upon acceptance o Complete all work for substantial completion on or before July 07, 2023 o Complete all work for Final Payment on or before July 14, 2023 Contract No. 3 - Combined General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction: o Work includes all construction required to fully complete the Project as generally described for Contracts No. 1 and No. 2. o Complete all work for substantial completion on or before July 07, 2023 o Complete all work for Final Payment on or before July 14, 2023 Est. Completion Date: July 14, 2023 All Bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the Work, on a Bid Form furnished by the Engineer in a securely sealed Bidding envelope prepared as outlined in the Instruction to Bidders contained within the Project Manual. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond, payable to North Dakota State Fair, in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of North Dakota, conditioned that if the principal's Bid be accepted and the contract awarded within ten (10) days after Notice of Award, will execute and effect a Contract in accordance with the terms of his Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by the laws of the State of North Dakota and the regulations and determinations of North Dakota State Fair. Each bid shall contain a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State enclosed in the required bid bond envelope. All Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their Bid, as provided by Section 43-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. Cost of preparation of Bids shall be borne by the Bidder. Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest and best Bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Bidder deemed most favorable to the North Dakota State Fair's interest. No Bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the Bid preparation requirements. Any deficient Bid submitted will be returned to the Bidder unopened. North Dakota State Fair reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to hold all Bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening Bids. All Work shall be done according to the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
