Reference number : 1661808 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-21 Electronic bid submission accepted: No The municipality of Mont-Blanc is requesting bids for the acquisition of a 4 x 4 backhoe (backhoe loader) with extendable balancer year 2022 or newer. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the tender.
