Renovation of a fire / police facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of WPS vehicle inspection facility foundation upgrades, located at 44 Bangor Avenue. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Raising of the building. (b) Demolition Work. (c) Extending height of existing grade beam. (d) Replace deteriorated 2 x 4 rotten wood studs (estimated 20 studs), rotten plywood subfloor (estimated 300 square feet), and rotten 2 x 10 rim joists (estimated 30 linear feet). (e) Work as specified in 822-2022_Drawing_S1-R0. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award subject to final approval.
