Site Directions: On South Frontage Road, approximately 3/4 mile east of S Billings Blvd. Project Category Code: Water Utilities, Removal and Replacement of pipe, Waterlines Description: The project consists of: the installation of approximately 390-ft of 12-inch water main and water line appurtenances completing the loop from just east of the Grey Eagle Ditch to Arlington Avenue within the borrow ditch south of South Frontage Road, including miscellaneous removal and restoration items associated with the work. Additional Description: Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail or hand delivered shall have any of the bid securities included.
