Shortlist Confirmed. The City of Alpharetta requesting proposals from qualified contractors to renovate and enhance the existing Competition Equine Arena 3 located at Wills Park Equestrian Center, within the City of Alpharetta. The arena is used throughout the year for horse shows contracted with our City. The Synthetic/Fiber blend of arena footing noted in the plans and specifications must provide the highest quality competition surface available on the market, breed specific for the Hunter/Jumper discipline. Using the approved civil plans provided, the contractor will submit a proposal to include, but may not be limited to, the necessary materials, equipment, and related work to renovate the arena to the plans and specifications provided by the City. A review committee with representatives from the City and the equestrian foundation will evaluate the proposals presented to determine the best overall vendor for this Project. The project will be funded by 50% match, with funds provided by the City as well at the Wills Park Equestrian Foundation. The intent of this meeting is to allow discussion and questions between bidders and our team members. Only project clarifications will be made verbally. f.
